I started my own fundraising page to support Children's National Hospital in hopes that they will one day find a cure for childhood cancer.

Our daughter Ella Bresee was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma an aggressive brain tumor at 14 years old she fought for 17 months before cancer took her from our family. Ella was a fun loving girl who loved basketball her family and friends. On September 22, 2021 that all changed. Ella had brain surgery, 30 rounds of radiation to her entire brain and spine, 4 months of aggressive chemo that wreaked complete havoc on her body followed by oral chemo until relapse. Doctor Lindsay Kilburn and her team were the best we could ask for and Ella loved telling the entire  fourth floor stories about our family. We can’t thank them enough for their complete dedication to our daughter.
