Movement disorders are conditions that affect the way a children control their body movements. They can manifest as involuntary movements (extra-movements), or problems with coordination and balance. Common examples of Movement Disorders include tics and Tourette Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Dystonia, and Ataxia.
