Our sweet son Jack was born 10/6/15 with a rare genetic disease known as Pallister-Hall Syndrome. He spent his entire life at CNMC. During his 90 days, Jack taught us so much about love, life, and loss. He became our angel on 1/4/16. Not a day goes by that we don't miss him and think about him. The care our family received at CNMC was exemplary in every way, and that is why I am participating in the Race for Every Child. I want to make a difference for kids and families. Every child and family should be cared for as wholly as we were, regardless of their ability to pay.
