I am participating in the Race for Every Child because I want to make a difference for kids and their families.
Children's hospitals have had an immense impact on my life. As a middle schooler, I was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. The care I received at children's hospitals in NJ and Boston directly resulted in my remission. The specialized treatment and comforting environment that children's hospitals provide make the toughest days as a child just a little bit easier.
The specialized care goes beyond just children. Just two years ago, my girlfriend received life saving open heart surgery as an adult due to a congenital heart defect that only a place like Children's National would specialize in.
I am proud and excited to race for adults like her and kids like me.
When you donate on my page, you power groundbreaking research and world-class care for Children’s National Hospital patients and their families.
Thank you for joining me to help children grow up stronger!
