Welcome to our Race for Every Child 2023 team page!
We are the Invincible Invisibles. We are raising awareness for invisible chronic illnesses, such as POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome), autoimmune disorders, diabetes, endometriosis, and many more.
Our team is led by Asha Gardner, and Emily Nelson, who are the co-founders of The Organization for Chronic Conditions at Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School (@occ_at_bcc). We would love for you to join us in fundraising to advance world-class, pediatric care and groundbreaking research at Children’s National Hospital.
Here are two ways you can join our effort:
1)You can sign up as part of our team (Invincible Invisibles) and join us on October 19th in person to run or walk the Race for Every Child 5k or Kids Dash and help raise funds through your friends and family.
2)If you can’t make it on October 19th, you can still help support us by donating to our team.
And please spread the word! Copy and paste the link to share our team’s page on social media or in email.
Thank you for joining us in helping fund groundbreaking research!
