Race for Every Child 2024 is right around the corner!

This year the Division of Psychology and Behavioral Health will again have a team at the Race for Every Child to be held at Freedom Plaza on Saturday October 19, and participants have the option to join virtually or in person. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to work as a team and raise money for the families we serve. We will be raising money for the Psychology Special Purpose Fund. This fund will be used to fund our various endeavors including community services, educational activities, and building resources for the department.

Please sign up if you can. Be sure to join our team "We're Psyched!" when registering (link below) and set up your personal pages to share on social media and raise $$. It’s free to register*. Registration gives you access to your personalized fundraising dashboard and the opportunity to recruit and raise vital funds to support Children’s National Hospital. We encourage all participants to fundraise. Those who raise $30 or more will receive a Race for Every Child t-shirt! Please also share the team page with your trainees, and your personal page with your divisions and friends and families!

*The free registration deadline for in-person participants is Sunday, Oct. 13 at 11:59pm. Virtual participants may register until Friday, Oct. 18 at 7pm.
