We spent 3.5 months or 105 days at Children's National plus countless follow up visits for the past 5 years! Our team for Race for Every Child is a way to say thank you for the wonderful care Emily has received. No one wants to spend time in the NICU or under the care of oncology, but having wonderful people to interact with every day makes the experience much more bearable. Our nurses became like our family -- checking in even when they werent working or didn't have Em that day, staying late to hang out, and playing with Holden and Chase. It made the times we couldn't be there easier because we knew she was loved. The doctors truly cared and wanted to get to know Emily. The NICU front desk staff was always welcoming. As we continue in our post cancer journey the care from our Oncology team is amazing. Emily enjoys her visits to Children's and most specifically the art room!

This is the 6th year for our team! Please consider joining Em's Good Vibe Tribe to walk with us (or at your own house) and raise money for Childrens National!!
