IN-PERSON RACE
The 5K is an out-and-back course that starts at Freedom Plaza in Washington, D.C., heads toward the U.S. Capitol and passes iconic monuments. The Kids Dash is a 100-yard race on Pennsylvania Ave., NW.
REGISTER FOR THE RACE
In-Person: Register for free through Oct. 15. If you sign up Oct. 16-21 to join in person, there is a $30 registration fee for the 5K and a $15 registration fee for the Kids Dash.
Virtual: Register through Oct. 20 to join us virtually for free.
Earn your Race for Every Child 2023 T-shirt by raising at least $30 for Children’s National. T-shirts are not included with registration.
We monitor CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19 to ensure that we make the safest decisions for our community. We will notify you of any event changes.
