White Hat USA
The White Hat organization was established in 2004 in the United Kingdom to protect vulnerable children through charitable means. Following this model, White Hat USA was organized in 2012 with the goal of raising money to help children at risk while providing networking opportunities for members of the Cyber Security community. The goal of White Hat USA is to provide philanthropic endeavors throughout the year. We continued building this event into a highlight of Cyber Security industry calendar with the 3rd Annual White Hat Gala in October of 2015.
This exciting event brought together nearly 300 individuals from the Cyber Security, business and philanthropic communities, as well as friends of Children's National, for an evening of celebration and awareness. We are thrilled to announce that this event raised over $400,000 - bringing the White Hat Gala total to over $1,000,000 raised in its first 3 years alone! We are incredibly thankful to the generosity of so many in making this event a success. Please visit our "Sponsors" page to learn more about the organizations and individuals who made this evening possible.
The 2016 White Hat Gala will take place Thursday, October 27th at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium in downtown Washington, DC. We hope to see you there!
