We are raising funds for Children's National Hospital Foundation in honor of their Follow the Leader campaign. We have chosen to concentrate the majority of our charitable efforts going forward on behalf of our grandson Brody and the institution we relied on in our backyard: Children's National.

When Brody was brought to his 4 month checkup in May 2020 to Potomac Pediatrics, Dr. Amy Kaplan noticed that his head had measured larger than expected, and sent Brody to imaging at Children's in Rockville. Once imaging was complete, they were immediately sent to Shady Grove Hospital where they confirmed they worst - Brody had a brain bleed. He and our daughter Juliana were immediately airlifted to Children's National Hospital and scheduled for surgery the next morning. With the superb care and guidance of the Neuro Unit at Children's, Brody has moved on to make a full recovery. We will be forever grateful to Children's National.
